Right of Withdrawal – General Conditions
Consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal. The intension to withdraw must be indicated via email (email@example.com) within 14 days of the arrival of the product(s). The return of the product(s) must be initiated within 14 days of the intention to withdraw. It does not mean the product(s) must arrive to us within 14 days of the intension to withdraw. The return of the product(s) should be done at the consumer’s own expense.
As soon as the product(s) arrive to our office, we will reimburse all payment received from you (incl. the price of the product(s) and the shipping cost, you paid to receive the product(s)). We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement, as you used for the initial transaction.
Please consider the returned product(s) must be in a re-sellable condition. It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged (regarding to the clothing label). If the product(s) does not arrive in re-sellable condition, we are not obligated to refund the full price.
We want you to have amazing shopping experience with us, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will need at least your name and your order number to start a return process.
There is no need to justify your decision. However, if you have a suggestion for improvement, don’t hesitate to tell us.
- We will send you our address for the return. You should cover the cost of the return.
- After we received the returned product, we will refund (the price of the item + the original shipping cost) you on the same payment method as you used before. It can take 5-10 working days, especially in the case of credit card refunds. Don’t worry, we will keep you updated.
